1. Landline Telephone: In addition to General plan, BSNL offers the following plans with higher number of free calls

* BSNL will give free Type 1Modem if the customer pays the annual rental. In that case customer will then own the modem and will not be required to return the modem, after one year.
** BSNL will give free Wi Fi Modem if the customer pays the annual rental. In that case customer will then own the modem and will not be required to return the modem, after one year.
BSNL offers 20 % rebate to working and retired Govt./PSU employees on the above rental/Usage charges of Broadband.

Further now customer need not come to BSNL office for booking of the above products. Rather BSNL officials will personally come to their premises for the same. All what a customer has to do is to simply make a call to 1500 or send a sms.
BSNL Customer has to send sms to 54141 & non BSNL customer to 9400054141.
The procedure to book through sms is:
